Did you tweak the compatibility for NAC and Whispering Hills? If not, then could you please consider this as well, that has been the #1 plague of the mod
Sometimes the sky will go overly dark, almost to the point of the game being virtually unplayable due to the intense ingame darkness. Also, the rain and regular storms that are supposed to happen that comes with NAC dont work. With that being said, when the offset is traded; as in the NAC weathers work, then we maight not have the fog, or an even worser problem: we don't get the sirens. Another issue, is that the sirens could last virtually indefinately, and never end, which means the game is both very dark, and the sirens are constant, never ending.
It would be cool to only get the fog when the sirens are happening, but then when the sirens go away, maybe the game turns back to normal? these bugs are probably no doubt the main reason why not as many people are endorsing the whispering hills mod, because NAC is an awesome and popular mod that it just clashes way too heavy with.
I will try to do a patch but since that i recomend you to put the NAC mod down of Whispering hills in your Load Order, in that way the NAC mod will reescribe the Whispering Hills mod. For know that will help but i dont know, i havent probe it, pls tell me if it works.
