About this mod
Workshop with all four benches. Fitted kitchen. Trophy room with unique gun rack's. Bedroom. Nuka display room with mixer. Requires Just DLC and Transfer settlements.

All item's are static (cannot be knocked over) but can be picked up or moved.
The workshop includes enough resources for minor upgrades to weapons and armor. Clipboards with shipment's at each bench. Also there is a large secret storage compartment for valuable item's.
Four mini loadout mannequin's above the armor bench. fully functional.
The Library can hold up to 80 magazines and has a terminal for reading holotapes or playing games. Also good for when you lock yourself out of the living area.
Toilet with working sink and a special door.
Hidden Decontamination arch for removing radiation.
Kitchen has a cooker and various storage container's. dining table is follower friendly.
Trophy room has unique weapon racks with auto light's on/off.
first floor Bedroom has new flooring and wall's with good storage and a little nod to my lost best friend.
Second floor also has new flooring/walls and a Nuka cola mixer machine. Also contains Display's for up to 16 Variants of the Nuka cola drink's.
Everything in this TSB is Vanilla. No other mod's required. Just DLC'S.
Scrap everything and use the Nuke feature in TSB. Say YES to everything. This will remove the power box but a new one will be placed.
Transfer the Blueprint and immediately leave. Wait 48 hour's in game to let it settle. (Very important)
N.B. The door to the toilet will be blocked. Open workshop mode, (after 48hrs) Grab the door and release. Fixed.
