Hi, I'm on hiatus of Fallout 4 modding now. Since the release of Next Gen update, there's an engine change that makes the game very buggy that I lost my interest in modding Fallout 4 until that gets fixed. I'm sorry
Hey, my masters says the Chosen of Atom is not connecting to the the mod's masters, due to a use of the wrong name it might seem. It won't let me fix it, is there anything I can do?
Should be able to work with both version now. Although it was initially made for an older version of ECO where armor override were part of the mod. Now these patches are more about changing the modded armor biped slots so they have correct defense calculation, standardise slot usage and added legendary slot so it works with ECO/LEO system.
I've been trying to find a cause for some head and some neck items, like Pilot Goggles [High] (xx1038C6) from Eli's Armour Compendium, not appearing on PC or NPC when equipped. The problem items also do not conflict with other items using the same slots. For example, the goggles above can be equipped at the same time as Pilot Goggles [Forehead] (xx1038C4) despite having the same slot.
I just tried with my full load order (which includes ECO, NEO, LEO, and Complex Sorter) but without these patches. Everything appeared as expected when worn by PC or NPC and items sharing a slot conflicted as expected. I tried again with these patches back in, and things disappear again and multiple items can be equipped. In other words, it appears the record changes these patches make makes some items invisible when equipped and disables their slot consumption.
Am I missing something or using these incorrectly?
Thank you, works now!! If you feel like explaining a bit what the fix was about, I'm curious as I don't understand how things like keywords seem to alter on-character visibility. When I first noticed the link to the problem, I was assuming I'd find in the ESP something like a mesh path change or a slot change.
By the way, I only just noticed you've a patch for 4estGimp's updated Raider Overhaul, which I use. The ESP in that depends on ECO.esp. The current ECO-R is Dank_ECO.esp. Is that a patch only useful to users of the older ECO?
Ok, it's a long history - basically the patch was made for VERY OLD old version of ECO where a new armor add-on of invisible model needed to be added to the gear to make invisibility option function. The new ECO Redux doesn't need that anymore, so I quickly removed those invisible armor addon to clear the dependencies.
However that left the items with wrong armor addon indexes, this caused the gear to fail to link to the add-on or the 'model' part of the goggles, so it doesn't show up.
I'll remove Raiders Overhaul, I don't use it anymore and has no interest in updating it, it's a huge mod that is taken care of by another ECO user already.
Thank you! As a modder who often has to tweak and fix things in xEdit but without any true understanding of what I'm doing (or more accurately, why a change does what it does), I always love a little insight into the sausage making from those who do know.

Can you do it for Nano Armor 2.1
thanks
But there is something that change the game and it is getting good now.
