      generally, as long as they don't move any of the structural objects, most of them are fine.
      
      Occasionally a large junk object might need a replacement of some kind, as the plan may have built around on it or on top of it.
      
      for the most part - they work ok.

      Nope. Sanctuary is the hardest settlement to clean, but I may suggest a mod to you called "do your damn job codsworth."
