Complete cleanup of Red Rocket, removed all grass, shrubs, trees, etc...
Left all of the items in tact that are worth caps. Cleaned the rooftop off and put the chem. station next to the armor workbench at the back of the building.
Didn't touch any layers, navmesh or precombines.
