Completely rebalanced the weapon from top to bottom. This update was *very* overdue.
Increased base damage of all service, marksman, and uniques from 26 to 32.
Removed Marksman Rifle Attachments, Service Rifle Stickers Magazine, and Service Rifle Stickers books. These are no longer required to craft stickers or marksman rifle attachments.
Added new firing sounds from snt2045's Power SREP mod.
Rebalanced nearly every single crafting recipe and their associated perk requirements.
All weapons now use the default weapon INNR. Additionally, custom rules were injected to designate Makeshift variants as well as Service Carbine and Marksman Carbine.
Removed the ability to craft multiple levels of upper and lower receivers. Instead, lower receivers now function as a way to change ammo types.
Added .223 caliber lower receiver.
9mm and Survivalist’s lower receivers now use Munitions ammo types. 9mm and 12.7mm pistol mods are no longer required.
Made black and steel weapon paints/materials their own craftable finishes. These are no longer tied to the upper/lower receiver.
Removed the ability to change between a marksman and service rifle upper receiver.
Removed the service rifle bayonet entirely.
Service and Marksman rifles that appear in the world will no longer have junk/makeshift attachments by default. Instead, raiders will exclusively carry makeshift service rifles that can have a wider variety of attachments. Attachments can still be added/removed from either platform (except for upper receivers, as mentioned earlier.)
Reworked unique/legendary variants so that they can spawn with a greater variety of attachments.
Brand new leveled list injection, replacing the original entirely.
