Have you already proven yourself faithful to Atom? Maybe you walk through the glowing sea, fearless for you know his glow will guide you safe. If so, you don't need some "high confessor" to proclaim you worthy, no! Show your devotion to Atom now!
You can now build children of atom banners and lights from the moment you have access to the workshop, no more quest requirement! You do of course need the Far Harbor DLC
Now available as .ESL!
Banners can be found in Decorations > Wall Decorations > Miscellaneous
Light Bottles can be found in Decorations > Miscellaneous
