   • Load my file last in your load order, or after your precombine mods like PRP or Boston FPS fix.
     
   • This mod does NOT come with Commonwealth LOD for the exterior. You MUST generate your own LOD.
     
   • You WILL see some flickering/disappearing walls in the interior in at least 3 spots. See screenshots.
     
   • No more updates, changes, or additions will be made to this mod from me. Please feel free to fix them or use my mod as base for more changes.

   Would love to use the original mod if it didn't completely overwrite a vanilla location.
   
   Too many potential conflicts that could occur, and to be frank I'm looking for more places of interest to add to the Commonwealth, not replacing a pre-existing one.
