Of all my "ladies", Cait probably sat in Doc Crocker's chair the most. Version 3.0 is now supposed to be the final one and I hope you enjoy the replacer as much as I do. I would like to thank LastLivingDwarf for the nice contact and the helpful criticism I received after sending the drafts. I would also like to pass on the tip from BlazeStryker, who recommended using the Bully version first and then installing the Glamour version after Cait's healing. I tried it out and really enjoyed it.
Thanks also to everyone for supporting this mod. Have fun with the game and all the best! :)
Sorry for the dumb question, but please tell me how can I reinstall or uninstall this mod? I've installed it via Vortex and after I decided to reinstall it to change Cait's version from regular to glamour her face and haircut did not change. Also vanilla head did not return.
still a visible seam in specific light conditions... but thats just a fallout 4 thing, i believe. if anyone got any suggestions to make it better, im very much looking forward to hear. thanks for these beautiful faces, lama. cait looks adorable
Hey there, love the mods. But I am having some issues with them. I installed all of the dependencies but the neck is slightly missmatched and the face looks slightly.... off.. Do you know what could be causing these issues?
First of all, superb job on all of the female faces. The moment I saw them I knew I needed them. I have a weird problem though...
Installed pretty much all requirements and recommendations. Didn't install Cridowskin (not a big fan) and Jesters Eyes as it was messing up male eyelashes for whatever reason. Everything else I have installed. And yet, when I quickly checked in the game how Cait and Piper look...they look nothing like your screenshots. I don't know if it's me or what, but Cait in my game for example looks old and Piper...well, can't find the words. I don't really know what I can do to fix this. Anything that comes to your mind ? What I may have done wrong ? I have mostly mods from The Midnight Ride guide and not a lot of my own pickings, though they don't touch NPCs or their faces. Also checked FO4Edit and nothing overwrites Cait or anyone else from your Fallout Ladies series or Fallout Faces. I'm sorry if it's something blatantly on my side, I just can't figure it out at all. Basically my first time modding Fallout 4. Previously modded the hell out of Fallout New Vegas and didn't find as weird of an issue. Using Mod Organizer 2 of course.
Hi, sorry for the hassle, no one needs it. Unfortunately, I can't make standalone heads for Fallout like I can for Skyrim, which means that every change to the textures in the respective setting also changes the appearance. Also, the age maps of the skin textures are generally different, which is why I would actually only be able to use smooth, which would, however, limit the setting possibilities a lot. Which texture configuration do you use exactly? You write it's Cridowskin but it doesn't look like that to me (or you have the tweaks enabled in the FOMOD of Cridowskin, then please DISABLE them). I always try to keep the requirements as low as possible. The eyebrows you see in my pictures are the standard replacements from CBBE and my texture setting is Cridowskin without tweaks for the face and Natural Faces 2K (BSA version). And you are right, I have to advise against Jesters Eyes, because the mod can cause bugs with the eyelids. I currently use FCO HD Eyes. I would also leave out the long eyelids from HN66 and use EoW Lashes instead.
Hi, thanks for the reply. I wrote that I DID NOT install Cridowskin, but later on I did add it to the Mod Organizer 2 and I fiddled more with the things on your list, a bit with Cridowskin and unfortunately could not get the faces to work correctly anyway. Really not sure what was going on.
While Cridowskin did make them more pale, the faces still looked...well...not like in the screenshots. I had to give up and change replacers, sorry :( One thing I'll mention though, the other replacer I used for Cait also had problems. Mod author did not mention or show anything about some things that were on Cait's face. I went into FO4Edit and found the issues - they, for whatever reason, added very bright red nose blemish, face paint and some other blemishes. Scars were also included, though those were visible on the screenshots. So I deleted everything unwanted and her face looked just like in the screenshots. It ain't like yours, but it's somewhat close.
Now though I keep Cridowskin, cause it makes the skin look smoother and less blemished on my character. You know, little imperfections due to time not being in human's favor when it comes to looks.
So to summarize, I tried anything I could without breaking stuff further, but didn't get to the final result. Had to switch replacers (real sorry about that, had I not have these issues, I'd use only your replacers).
I understand you, before I started making my own replacers I also had these worries. If you're not completely discouraged, here's another recommendation:
CBBE Natural Faces 2K (BSA) Cridowskin without face tweaks FCO HD Eyes EoW Lashes Large Iris of Eyes Eye Wet Waterline Fix Eye Normal Map Fix TH Brows (https://www.trophihunter.com/fallout4-mods/thbrows)
You know almost everything already but I wanted to bring it here again as a list, maybe you want to try it out sometime.
Big fan of your work in Skyrim LE SE, many downloads over the years. When we starting a LO for FO4, obviously looked to see if you had anything in this world, THANKS to the Nine! Very pleased to see that you do, and of course, as if you knew what I'd be looking for, here they ALL are. We've downloaded your Ladies, Cait, Piper, Curie, Nora, Heather, Magnolia, and the NPC's AIO, which ALL require the Cridowskin to have them look like your pics. I seriously need your help/direction, I need to choose one or both options. The Cridowskin mod download page has several choices for "basegame" and "unique player". I assume unique player refers to me the pc, which btw no doubt I'm using your Nora replacer for that. Would your other replacers for the above mentioned be considered part of the basegame, or because they are all (imo) "custom replacers" would they also be considered as "unique players" too? I also assume your replacers are strictly facial, not including any body meshes, so we should still need to download not just the facegen files but also the Cridowskin body files so the skin textures match from top to bottom, YES?? The body we have, the off-site Fusion Girl body, downloaded for Nora and the NPC characters should be fine, YES??? All of your other recommendations were easy and straightforward, just need clarification, what would you do???? THANK you again for ALL of your Ladies (& guys), you have an elite talent my friend.

Please note that for the InFire version the Looks Menu Customization Compendium is required!
Have fun with the game and Cait in the new year!
All the best, LamaKreis :)
