Very cool pond. Would be awesome if there was a file version of just the pond (including cabins would be fine), as this mod wont allow me to scrap pieces from the main structure for remodeling.
The description and screenshots are VERY unclear as to which end of the settlement gets the pond. I thought it would be below Lucy's melon patch. It is on the other side right under my build. So next play-thorough gets this mod. Thanks but maybe add a bird's eye pic.
first, these settlement mods from this author are really great! as malachidelacot put it, the ma has been able to strike a nice balance.
that being said, i noticed a 5-7 fps loss and a bit of a stutter here at abernathy. is anyone else experiencing this? i tpc x2 in cc and noticed the "preculling enabled but disabled for current cell".
i do have quite a few mods running in this playthrough, so its possible that the fps loss and stuttering in this settlement is not related to this mod. but this is the only mod i have that affects this settlement.
maybe i just need to learn how to regenerate precombines myself. either way, thank you to the mod author and i really do appreciate the nice balance they've struck with these last 3 settlements they've shared with us :)
Great mod. I added some of my Abernathy photos for you to check out. So first, I went in to creation kit and scrapped almost everything in the settlement then when I loaded your mod up, all I had to do was scrap the rear cabin by the watermelon patch, the beds in the home along with the toilet and bathtub as my settlement already uses CRSS.
Worked perfectly with my internal mods. Many thanks and look forward to seeing more from you. Endorsed!

Was working fine and now not. I haven't changed anything. No mods added, none deleted, load order has not changed.
