A cleanup of Abernathy farm and added a few things.
Removed the trash scattered around the main "house?".
Gave the Abernathy family some proper beds.
Also gave them a toilet that was not broken. I mean, come on...
Added three small shacks for additional settlers.
Added a large pond complete with fish and flowing water from a broken pipe sticking out of the ground.
Added a makeshift railing around the upper deck of the main "house?".
I did not touch the main "house?" other than the railing, so you can leave it or rebuild. It's up to you...
