The enemy npc generally have a bad accuracy and are not very offensive.. This mod attempt to solve this problem to prioritize their aggressiveness and give them the maximum possible accuracy without being aimbot.
Your advantage here over them is they generally use bad damage / precision weapons.
Because this mod modify just the combat style tables, it is normally compatible with other mods that modify npc faces, outfits, ect.. But not sure to work with other mod that also modify their combat system.
If you want to upgrade the npc level with the player one, Instead of using basic level scaling, I recommend you to use together these two scaling mode based on encounter zones.
They are not perfect, but they are not intrusive on npc's themselves because they work on geographical zones, interiors and exteriors.
In future, In complement I probably create mods to force all npc to use full armor light, medium, heavy and heavily modded vanilla weapons instead of these pipe weapons, but always relative to the player level.
