A simple buff to Rad-X so it gives +500 rad resistance for 5 minutes instead of +100 for 3 minutes and increases its value from 40 caps to 90 caps.

In Fallout 1 and 2 Rad-X gives you 50% rad Resistance. Two of them pretty much make you immune to Radiation. I always felt rad-x was a bit underpowered in Fallout 4 so I made it almost as good as it was in the first two Fallout games.
