    Thank you! I can finally use mods again...
    Quick question: does your mod overwrite the settings from my own inis (such as displays settings, etc...)?

    This, does not work, it completely broke my game, causing crashes, and I follow exactly what it said to do, used about 3 different fixes, deleted the edited code, and now I have to reinstall the game, which takes 4 hours for me. Thanks a lot.

    Edit: Make that 5 hours.

    Edit2: Make that a permanent break, none of my files install anymore for Fallout4, crashes instantly. 60$ wasted. Thank you, sooo much.

    Edit3: Before anyone says "VERIFIIII UURURR FILESSS SCRUB" I already did. Twice. All files are there, but they aren't. I can't load up my game anymore, wasted 60$ dollars on this.

    Edit4: After two more verifies, messing with all of my files that I had available, and constant restarts of the game, I finally got it working again, I do not recommend using this, just do it yourself with the help of Gopher.

    Does this use the current ini edits suggested on the nexus wiki? or is it the default /strings etc etc?

    Just checking since currently the wiki says use

    [Archive]
    bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
    sResourceDataDirsFinal=

    as a replacement instead since /strings/ materials etc etc causes long load times.

      Same question I have. Which is it? I've seen both as being the "Correct" way.

    I don't know why Bethesda didn't simply release the game ready to be modded. Just a minor adjustment was needed. It isn't so hard to do it yourself, but why would they add the hassle?

      in the Fallout4Prefs.ini file you are looking for "bBorderless= " and "bFull Screen= " thay should be line 42 and 43 of the code.

      Fullscreen mode
      bBorderless=1
      bFull Screen=1

      Borderless windowed mode
      bBorderless=1
      bFull Screen=0

      bordered windowed mode
      bBorderless=0
      bFull Screen=0

      I Hope this helped
