Unfortunately no, this was the first mod I ever released and I rushed it and I wasn't transparent about the files I was editing. So this mod got a lot of negative backlash. I decided there were much better ini editors already developed so I stopped working on it.
Help! I deactivated this mod via nexus mod manager because the entire program was ridiculously zoomed in! Now the game crashes immediately, despite the reactivation of this mod. Please help me!
I've downloaded the software and took a peek inside, mainly to see if this is actually an ini editor (hard to trust new things just popping up). This does seem to look like it does what it says, although I think the author should indicate what the settings actually do.
The HighRes option seems to change the iTextureDegradeDistance settings. UnlockFPS alters iPresentInterval. IncreaseFPS sets uInterior Cell Buffer=12. RemoveStutter sets iPreloadSizeLimit=262144000. InnerGlow sets sStartingConsoleCommand=cl off.
There's a bunch of other stuff in there as well, but it looks like this actually does edit the INI file.
Yeah - definitely makes people feel a bit easy knowing what your software does. Downloading and running EXE files does require caution, it's a gamble if the mod does what it actually says.
I was looking forward to finishing this project, as I haven't done many. I really never got into the mod scene but I thought maybe this software could help out a few people.
Okay I apologize, I was in a rush to upload this because it is exam week at my University. I am going to make a quick video going over a few options, and talk about my plans for the software.
can you please explain how exactly do you: -increase FPS -remove stutter -force high-res textures Otherwise it's just like "Press X to win. Can break your laptop. Don't press if you have only one laptop."
There was a few posts on Fallout 4 reddit about removing stuttering and some of these ini changes worked for a few people. So I added them to the software.
Can you please add these reddit tweaks explanations on description tab? Also it would be good to know is it finding and adding something to already existing numbers in files? What will happen to our modified ini's? rewrite? add? reset to default and add?
As I can see from screenshot you don't inform which values/lines are to be tweaked, it's good to have a description but not enough.
For example I read "Increase FPS -> check to increase FPS on your rig" ....IMO is not enough and people should know exactly. Maybe is will be good for some though.

I do plan to get back into modding again though!

Nice work with the utility though :-)
Ok, we get that. Just give us more info on what it changes. How it changes it. More info. Please.
Again my bad, mistakes were made :/
