Nothing makes me sadder than finding a mod that seems like it does something really cool but gives me absolutely zero details about what exactly it does. Why do you like making me sad? :_(
Is it just me or are the reflex options all aimed slightly to the right? The reticles appear slightly off-centered for me... First time trying the 10mm SMG mod, using the original mod, this, 4estGimp's peer 10mm edit, and the Sydney unique add-on.
Edit - Turns out it's the animations. Changing the x offset fixes the issue:

The muzzles are amazing and all work fine from what I can tell, I haven't run into an issue with this portion of the mod... yet; But the scopes are definitely where the issue lies. When any of the added scopes are used you get either a completely transparent pinkish lens or a blurry square dot depending on the sight. If you have a decently stable load order you won't CTD until you try to activate a workbench. Overall I love these types of mods that help keep older mods fresh but with the instabilities that this mod brings I'd recommend not installing it until it (HOPEFULLY, Straight up I'm begging here) gets an update or just stick to the muzzles and not the scopes lol.
I'm pretty sure you just need to have the Fallout 3 10mm SMG Addon load after the 10mm SMG mod in your load order. Addon mods like these usually load after the mod they are "adding on to". The conflict is most likely just a natural part of the addon overwriting certain parts of the original mod.

I got a problem , when I try to modify the SMG, and I go to modify Sights, it makes a CTD when I choose ACOG sight.
Ofcouse I have like a handfull of other mods, so, is there a way to find out what mod makes troubles?
Thanks for the good work GloriousWarrior
Removed all stuff related to it with xedit-INSTANT CTD with the next Sights in line
EDIT:
Gave up on this
No more ideas to fix the CTD
Edit: Nevermind, just seen there was a fix uploaded, I'm a dumb dumb
