Personally I find the impact on concrete and glass to be too dark as well as the explosion texture shown on the road, you went in the right direction expanding the radius but I think having it a very dark black takes away from the detail. Aside from that, everything looks great!

I feel like im using incendiary rounds in every gun, I would agree that the impact on glass and concrete is a bit dark. But overall its pretty good i am preferring it over the vanilla decals at the moment. Thanks.
Many of these textures are great - but different people will have different opinions on which they like. Rather than you having to edit them at request, could you upload a version of the mod that lets you choose which textures to install?
I know that I can install this mod manually in order to pick and choose the textures, but an installer (with pictures) would be good for people who are new to modding
Will letting Window Overhaul replace this cause any problems? I wouldn't think so, but just wondering. I really love these decals. Amazing work. I really appreciate it.
Bad stuff first. For the metal decals - a version more similar to the vanilla would be better. With the retexture, all I see is some kind of weird black hole phenomenon. By that I mean, when you decide to make it look like a hole, my brain is looking for the light that should be shining thru from the other side of the clearly penetrated truck bed. The HOLE would probably look better than a DENT on ammo boxes, sealed barrels, and stuff like that, but for thinner sheet metal it just isn't the way to go, imo. I'd say maybe look into switching to a dented version. This decal was the biggest turn-off for me.
The scorches are overkill. I like the darker marks, but maybe it'd look better concentrated to more of a point? **oh, is this only for the flamer? If so, these are fine. I thought these were created by energy weapons... anyway.

All that said, you did excellent on the dirt explosion. So much more detail, color, and the shape overall looks awesome. It makes the vanilla look stupid by comparison. Same goes for the wood. Yours looks pretty, whereas the vanilla looks... unsettling. (lol) The glass looks great, much sharper with the high-res. I like what you've got.
Thank you! Yes, I agree, metal decal looks like it has lost it's depth, which I will try to improve in the near future, and I have noted what you've said about the scorch marks. The concrete hole images are slightly outdated, they are brighter than that in-game.
