This is a compilation of clipboard patterns I use in some of my settlements. This is always a work in progress. I will upload new patterns as I create them (not happening soon, since vacation is over).

Unless otherwise noted, this are 2x2 plots and none have floor, so you should place (snap) the clipboard tool in the left corner of the front of any type of foundation (or none for most of the farm plots).


HOMES
1 - Red Brick House. Extras: Computer terminal, small planter (plants and no food).
2 - Standard Wood House
3 - Blue Box House
4 - Metal House
5 - Restored Double House. Extras: 1 bed on each level (total 2).
6 - House between trees (extra: cooking station, has floor inside).
7 - Survivalist House (extra: 3 guard posts).
8 - Side Entrance House.
9 - Elevated House (has floor inside).
10 - Restored Barn. 2x2.5 (1 single bed, 1 double bed).
11 - Orange RailBox House 1x1 (extra: cooking station, has floor and supports).

STORE + HOUSE
12 - Trader's House. Extras: 1 Bed.
13 - Weaponseller House. Extras: 1 Bed.
14 - Barman's House (2 floors). Extras: 1 Bed.
15 - Clothier's House. Extras: 1 Bed, washer, dryer.
16 - Doctor's House (2 floors). Extras: 1 Bed, washer.
17 - Fisherman House. Extras: Fish cleaning working station.
18 - Scavenger House. Extras: Scavanging station.
19-20 EMPTY ATM

JOINT HOUSES 21-33
This are smaller houses meant to be used together. Their size and shape changes (see picture). None of this have floor or roof, since you can build one on top of another. You might want to delete extra walls afther you build them right next to eachother.

51 - Improvised Power Station. Production: 20. Extras: Scavenger's workstation, vault-tec population manager and radio beacon.
52 - Concrete Power Room. Production: 100. Extras: Scavenger workstation and vault-tec population manager.
53 - Power Generation Process Plot. Production 142. Extras: 3 computer terminals, population manager, 1 guard post.

68 - Bar & Casino. Extras: 3 Slots machines, NukaCola workbench. (this one includes floor).
69 - Capsule Bar. (this one only needs floor at the front).
70 - Looking Good. Extras: Clothing shop & Barber workstation.
71 - General Market. 3x3. Armor, Clothing, Trader, Food&Drink and Weapons vendor.
72-75 EMPTY ATM

MISCELLANEOUS
76 - Robot Garage. Robot workbench. Extras: +3 power, 2 computer terminals, armor, weapons and power armor workbench.
77 - Gym. Extras: VaultTec Soda Dispenser, NukaCola workbench.
78 - Public Bathroom (needs CWSS Redux, 3 showers, 2 toilets, 2 mirrors, 2 washers, 1 dryer).
79-80 EMPTY ATM

SECURITY
81 - Guard City Entrance. Defense: 30 (6 guards, 2 torrets, 1 light). Extras: Trader store.
82 - Guard Tower. Defense: 50 (6 guards, 3 laser torrets, 1 light).
83 - Jail. Defense: 20 (6 guards, 1 torret). Extras: Computer terminal and 2 beds (for prisoners).
84 - Minuteman Artillery Post. Defense: 34 (floor, side entrance, search light, heavy laser torret, heavy machine gun torret, artillery, 6 guard posts).
85 - Control Post. 1x1 Defense: 24 (3 guard posts, 1 light, 2 laser torrets).
86-90 EMPTY ATM

AREAS

THE CASTLE
91 - Front Entrance.
92 - Armory Wall (with extra room).
93 - Stairs and Debry Closing.

STARLIGHT DRIVE-IN
94 - Wall (13 guard posts in guard towers and power conectors).
95 - Fortress (6 beds, 8 guard posts, morter, armor and weapons workbench, 2 power armor stations, pillory, 3 training stations, siren).
96 - Inn (7 rooms, 9 beds - you need to remove the broken wing of the builiding witch produces some out of bounce around the manager chair).
97 - Tavern (3 bars).
98 - Greenhouse (3x4 total space). Extra: +3 water.
99 - Wall Finish (this closes the wall if you dont use the fortress, adds 2 guard posts and 1 tower).
100 EMPTY ATM
