This patch / setting changes the "Right-handed" movement setup in a "Left-handed" movement setup for the mod Place Everywhere by TheLich

I made this patch because it came to my attention that for left handed users the Mod would lock them out the Workbench when using my Collection A StoryWealth.

I did test the settings, however being not a Lefty and using a Gamepad for Fallout 4, there might be other / better combinations possible. Please let me know if that is the case!
