not so much an issue as a simple suggestion but for the settlement part it might be a good idea to have it listed as sanctuary man cave, mainly because it shows up as Sanctuary Hills and makes it difficult to determine whether I'm sending people to the cave or to actual sanctuary hills. I'm using the version from bethesda.net by the way

Actual used masters in plugin: DLCworkshop01, DLCCoast, DLCNukaWorld in addition to Fallout4, so not all the season pass is required. (xEdit Clean Masters will fix this)
For those that know how to clean plugins, ITM 40, UDR 20; Breaks precombines at <-20, 22> (PrewarPlayerHouse01, in SanctuaryHillsWorld, non-issue if past the intro part, and I even question why the intro was changed at all, keep the changes in SanctuaryExt02 as that's where the player house actually is. Refs 1DAFB and B1D55 specifically.), 4A4D5 should also be removed (Location entry for WestEverettEstates, which the mod had an ITM in the interior for some reason, wild edit leftover?)
For the userbase with PRP, clean plugin as usual, it's a ESL (ESL+ESM) so load order is a non issue. Perf will be lower on a new game as noted above, but fine after that once past the pre-war intro.
This is interesting. Thank you for bringing this up. I will try and check it out later. I just played through the intro before and never noticed any changes besides for the items I moved around. May I ask how you found these? I am trying to learn as much as I can and would rather catch these things myself before releasing.
Thinking about it now, everything in this is a new object besides the walls and floors which may be related to some references you mentioned. I’ll check it out later today.
Refs 1DAFB and B1D55 specifically in the intro of the game were part of the items deleted or moved to make the mancave bookshelf appear in the intro as well, this was just for immersion and I haven't noticed any issues. As for 4A4D5 location for WestEverettEstates, I may have copy/pasted one of the walls outside of the viewable area but it seems to be non-existent in the creation kit when going to WestEverettEstates01.
For me I had to add Power Conduits attached to a power source. I hid them inside the walls using the Place Anywhere mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/9424
Very nice mod, though I would recommend one thing. Since it has limited workshop options, it might be best if it was linked to Sancutary in terms of the inventory for it draw on for the workshop. Just seems to make sense to me as it's located in Sancutary to start with. Still just a idea.

Im not sure if this is a bug on my end or with the mod, but I am unable to place anything in the basement, everything I try to place in workshop just goes through the floor.

The mod won't allow me to place any furniture on the floor. It just goes right through! I have two cleaning mods but neither are the ones listed below. Do you know what I can do? I have "Spring Cleaning" and "Immersive Cleaning". Could these be the problem?

I have a question though, my Sanctuary has been completely overhauled by another mod, cleaned up, new roads, houses etc. Would this mod conflict with that other mod you think? Thanks.

I use this C&S mod always for Sanctuary and I did have issues with other mods for that settlement causing CTD's etc so sadly it means I won't be able to use it either.
