      The red brick walls are under greenhouse ---> MiscAlso includes coloured foundations.
      
      The specific greenhouse mod is listed in the description

      As long as there's no creation kit or GECK, modders aren't able to make more complicated mods. Well, if there are it'd probably be a pain in the ass to make for the moment.

      Ahh too bad. Will keep the base alive and tweak it incase a modder comes by next year.

   i think you forgot to add alternate settlements to your required mods list

      I'm using the Clean settlement mod, but that shouldn't be "necessary" to run the save file I think. Alternate settlements is to place settlements where there is none right? The Island should be accessible already via vanilla game ^^

      I'll upload a savefile, but the aim is to get a modder to make a base mod out of it

   Looks cool. any chance you could give us a list of the mods used in making this? For it to work I'm thinking we are going to need to have some of them installed. Also you should probably add them to description I'm sure the authors of the respective mods would appreciate it

      I'm a total newbie concerning these things, I think I added the "requirement" mods needed but will make a list somewhere.
