    Hi,

So all the NPCs are gone.
I've talked to a few other people who've experienced this bug as well.

    Cheers,

This mod has been done about 3 different times now.. im still waiting on someone to make a version that leaves friendly npcs and just removes every enemy from the game so i can use my modded in ones and have way less encounters for some stalker esque vibes.

either way, thanks for your time.

"Why would anyone...That's not what Bethesda.....How is this suppose to work if ...Yeah that's what everyone wants is..."

I have a few versions of this game installed but with folders renamed. When I want to change versions I change the folder names. I have a 100% Vanilla play through with default settings and it is goofy fun. I have a 100% lore friendly version fully modded and it is even better. Another I removed the story and modded for max realism from ballistics to bug size, no leveling, no health scaling, no goofy crap and it's beyond awesome. Now I am starting extreme survival in a harsher empty wasteland where items don't respawn and possibly permadeath. This mod is awesome. There is so much work done for us in this mod. It is basically a new game mode in a single mod or a resource to create your own game mode. You can adapt this mod to make your wasteland just you and raiders or even create a two faction war zone.

If you are here to leave a negative comment against the mod you miss the entire purpose of modding and need to open your mind. Forget about loot and murder for a bit. Take a break from "leveling" and controlling the world. To live one day in Fallout 4 completely desolate of life is an experience worth having and endorsing even if you remove the mod after. Bashing a modders hard work is why I stopped making mods regularly but I still contribute something every year. I am the only one that endorsed this mod.

      ahem...

"ah i see, i briefly checked to see if anyone had done it before (i assumed so) but i didnt immediately find anything. That mod is much
cooler/better than this one so go download that one, and when I said
"without console commands" I didn't mean this idea couldn't be played
without console commands, just this specific mod because I know that the
rep won't work properly at the very least. I mean this took me 10
minutes this was a shitpost lmao "

      you missed this part :D

10 minutes? To make the mod? There are like 26 categories changed. I couldn't just run a filter for NPCs and get these results. Could I? Package edits and all? Some times one change can take me hours to figure. Well holy roly poly moly.... or something.  :) Anyway, thanks for the reply. I might try that other mod some time. When I get done with some NMS mods, and Assetto, and.....

Do you have any plans to make patches? I would love to see a No NPC Edition of Settlers of the Commonwealth, Heather Casdin, and NPCs Travel.

Does this mean Settlements are locked? Or atleast a ton of em? And Diamond city is empty and pointless? I don't HATE this idea, but I think their should be a few dedicated merchants. If I can't do quests I can see myself getting bored really fast from how long it takes to level up. I mean It'd probably take 10x longer just to fully customize a gun or armor. Maybe this could be expanded on with an alternate like New Vegas's DUST. Make all the NPC's hostile. Or leave a few quest givers that give you repeating quests you can roleplay with.

No idea, this is a shitpost I just deleted the actors. I haven't tested in-game, I literally just booted up the CK, deleted the actors, hit save, then published

How exactly would this work if it can't even work in the first place?

SKKMods did this 3 years ago AND unlocked all quests that previously required interaction with an NPC.

So console commands are NOT needed.
