Adds some much need improvements to the Graphic T-Shirt Pack from the Creation Club. Adds multiple attachments, and setup a better Instance naming system for it. I made the outfits craftable in the chembench once you pickup a magazine from a location.

The Graphic T-Shirt Pack from the creation club was a good idea, but I felt that the author didn't do enough for it.
I mean we do have the pay for it, so why not go all out. I tried to fix that.
Naming System:
The outfits now have a dedicated instance naming system. The Tag will always be on it, but the outfit's name will change depending on what attachments you have on it. I tried to be creative, hopefully, y'all like the name combinations.
Attachments:
Instead of putting energy and physical resistance under the same attachment, I separated them, so you can make your outfit for whatever circumstances you are under. I also made it to where you can change which stat you get a bonus two, by default you get charisma 2.
Crafting:
I made the outfits craftable in the chem bench, but since I added the attachments that I did, I am making you earn the ability to craft it. You must find a magazine hidden in the Commonwealth.
