Patch for Gmoi6's Improvised Grenade launcher to use Explosives complex's 40x46mm, also renames the ammo "Little Feller" to "Handloaded 40x46mm Low Velocity grenade" to keep consistency but also keep it special, might change it to 40x53mm High Velocity if this is not liked
