I like the plan however getting from level 0 to 1 is a pain in the arse. I have now 15 peeps in the settlement however it is displaying i still need one more (red vault boy with 93%). I already tried moving more settlers to the settlement however this is blocked by the game... I also had to spam a lot of leisure plots in order to get the happyness score high enough. I have extra defense for junk storage and water requirement disabled. I also have starting plot levels enabled. Probably in the end i will get it working but damn this settlement plan is really hard to start with.
This plan has a rather annoying issue in it. That being that the only farm in there reguires a lot of fertilizer to keep it running and there is no organic gathering unit at least in first lvl so it soon can’t upkeep the food production :( Luckily I noticed this quite soon as was wondering why the warning icons were on sight. So it at least needs a caravan service at lvl 1 or a organic garnering plot to make it viable at early.
Very nice, love how it looks in-game. But like most of the really awesome looking settlement makeovers, it tanks my FPS to 20-30 when it's fully built up with lots of settlers. I still have a pretty decent gaming system (e.g., 32Gb RAM, 1080Ti 11Gb, i7 7820X overclocked to 4.3Ghz) and get 60+ FPS everywhere else (and 100+ indoors) even with 500+ mods, so not really sure what's going on, especially since Undernier's pre-built settlements -- some of which are really complex -- barely affect my FPS at all.
I don't understand why, especially as it's a small plan. You can try to remove the scripts (blue character) in workshop mode, there are 3 of them, on a bench in the toilets and in the reception.I have a smaller config than yours and I stay around 60 fps.
Normally not, but you should have the required files. You import it into the workshop menu. It's new for me to offer the layout. let me know if it works well

will those plots just be replaced with some other plan?
Edit: Removed the blue characters, still getting FPS in the 20-30 range, have no idea why.
