ELE is a requirement for this mod... since it's fixing an ELE issue.

Go see the requirements section for the mod link.

Works for others. If you want help, you will need to be more specific. Like where you tested, what NVG you're using, etc.

Thank you for making this, it was very nice of you to spend the time and share. Nice to see a patch for it now.

Will this patch work without ELE for Wes-Tek Tactical Optics alone or is ELE absolutely required?

My ENB is negating the night vision mode of Wes-Tek. Just wondering if this patch would work on its own?

    Thanks!

ELE is required as this mod works by modifying (fixing) ELE imagespace records.

Even if you installed ELE to use this patch, I'm not sure if it would fix your ENB nightvision issue. It really depends on what the cause of the problem is. Unfortunately I'm not familiar with that issue.

So my night vision now works inside buildings, etc. Thanks. But my Pip-Boy Flashlight (using that mod) does not. I moved the flashlight mod after this one in the load order but it didn't help. Any ideas?

I started a new game and am inside vault 101. So I have no NVG at the moment.

    --------------------------------

Nvm, I'd delete this post if I could.

After opening the vault door the flashlight worked. Just weird.

Im not using ELE but it seems I suffer from the same or similar issue with west tk NVG my screen will turn pitch black due to explosions, getting shot or what causes it worst is energy weapons being fired, would this potentially correct some of these issues if I were also to get ELE?

Without knowing the cause of your issue (much less what type of mods you're using), it's hard to tell. Maybe you're using a mod that applies image space modifiers under certain conditions, though I don't think that explains the energy weapons. Could also be some mod using an image space with adaption settings that make it sensitive to bright light? Or it could be something else entirely.

You'd be better off creating a test profile in MO2 and disabling suspect mods until you find out what mod is responsible for causing the problem.

Finally ! This HDR issue is a long story, glad someone finally fixed it. Thanks cause it looks like an easy tweak when it actually needs a lot of testing.

No kidding! I thought it would be an easy fix until I noticed the lighting was all off. Then that turned into a few solid hours of going through multiple iterations until I hit on a way to get near identical color and lighting.

Would've been a lot easier if the FO4 HDR settings were actually documented.

I don't know what NVG mod you're using, but all the ones I've seen use the Image Space Adapter method so I suspect yours will work as well. The color of the phosphor (whether it's white or green) shouldn't matter.
