Makes night vision work again for ELE.
What this fixes:
If you have ELE installed correctly* and tried using Night Vision Goggles (e.g., West Tek Tactical Optics or Functional NVG for PMC Fast Helmet) in an interior cell, your entire screen will go pitch black. This happens even in bright interior cells and is due to how the ELE imagespaces are setup.
This mod fixes that issue and makes night vision and thermal vision work again with ELE in interior cells.
*Note: A correct installation of ELE will have its Lighting Template and Image Space subrecords as the conflict winners, either through load order arrangement or a bash/smashed patch that carries those edits forward.

How it's done:
The HDR subrecord values in the ELE imagespaces have incredibly small exposure levels (close to zero) that make night vision not work.
ELE has three imagespace records, and this mod tweaks their HDR subrecord values so that (1) night vision works, (2) the HDR middle gray value was set to a standard 18% to be consistent with exterior cells, and (3) the new settings matched the look of the original ELE imagespace as closely as possible.
#3 was the hard part and I used the php and shp console commands to make sure they looked nearly identical.
Installation:
- This mod only contains one esl-flagged ESP.
- Load Order: It's a patch for ELE and therefore must go after it, but otherwise load order does not matter.
Compatibility:
- Should not conflict with other mods. This only edits the Image Space records unique to ELE.
- This fix should work with any night vision mod that uses Image Space Adapters. Confirmed working with West Tek Tactical Optics, Functional NVG for PMC Fast Helmet, and night vision from XM2010 Enhanced Sniper Rifle.
