Has to be a conflict with something else you have installed, I have hundreds of hours of heavily modded FO4 with this mod active and have had no problems.
This mod works fine together with Super Mutant Leveled List Fix unfortunatelly some super mutants who usually always use a missile launcher don't have it anymore , instead they use a minigun if you install the patch ( link above ) instead of keeping their missile launcher. the patch is mandatory to avoid the super mutants fighting with their fists but it looks like it is causing those missile launcher sm not to use it , in fact they don't have it anymore in their inventory. for exemple at fauneuil hill place , or the ones being the last ones to kill in for strong who normally always use a missile launcher, and some other like the one camping on the stairway near the river after blacksmith apparel location.
nevertheless, so far it is the best mod regarding the purpose of replacing pipes with better weapons.
TLDR: If you have an issue with this mod and it CTD and you have G19x installed, then the fix is put No Pipes and Unlevelled DLC Weapons lower then the G19X mod
So I have spent the last 3 hours attempting to fix my issue, and I have fixed it.

Conflicted with the G19X because it was higher on the mod list, but of course VORTEX being Vortex would not give me a clear bug report (Alos for some reason my game keeps trying to load blade and sorcery or that is what the bug report stated)
So I spent the time removing weapons mods five at a time until a group was removed and the game would run, I then had to unload one at a time until I came to this mod, I then trouble shot until I came to a fix.
The fix: put the g19x mod higher on the mod list and NPAUDW lower.

It will pop a FOMOD asking you which weapons they will use, so you make your choices but in the end they will only spawn with Melee, Laser Rifles, Assault Rifles, Miniguns etc, the usual guns they can ACTUALLY USE
Must be some other mod causing it then, this one only changes the leveled list, it would only cause your game to not start if you had missing masters (the DLCs)
This mod is way more fun than it should be! I'm using Combined Arms and it pairs nicely with this mod, with lots of enemies and containers with the mod weapons. I noticed the Museum raiders still have pipe weapons, but other than that, I haven't seen any pipe weapons at all. Thanks!
Thanks. It's no big deal. I loaded the mod right before leaving Vault 111, and headed straight for Concord, so perhaps the script hadn't finished by the time I got there. I just started another playthrough with no weapon mods, and this time, the Museum of Freedom Raiders didn't have pipe weapons. It's really fun seeing a raider with a Broadsider or a settler with a Cryolater.
I tried it out but I have to ask if it was intentional that low level raiders already got gaussrifle and highly modified weapons (mostly handmade rifle with mag drums and long range scope for example) cause when i arrived at concord they were blasting at preston with these.
I see. Personally I think having all weapons unlevelled is a bit broken since something lika a gaussrifle is more of a mid to late game weapon and not something I should have right after my first fight in Concord.
