    The mod is good fun, endorsed. The only issue that I have is with the volume, could you maybe add an option to reduce it? Thank you.

      I can make a quick patch for that, you can do it as well by changing the static attination in xEdit

    Is it normal when 2 guns with the same upgrades have different characteristics of range, rate of fire and damage?

    So I was looking forward to trying this out, but the audio of the shots is incredibly loud, is there some way to lower it? It's multiple times louder than any other gun in the game.

    Love the mod, bit OP but very fun! Any chance you can update "The Factor" rifle with the same options you have here?

      I've been considering it actually, if you are referring to my older Factor Rifle Overhaul EK-9? I have been juggling the decision to either retire the mod and link it to this one as I rather see this current mod a "spiritual successor" to my older Factor Rifle overhaul mod... I'm not certain. Jury is still out on this. My Factor Mod overhaul didn't do as well as I'd hoped and I think it had a lot to do with one of its dependency mods undergoing a complete overhaul of its own effectively making my factor mod have issues. This has motived me to make my own projectile meshes going forward which I have done with the MEC-R7. Could I just reverse engineer my custom projectile meshes into the Factor? Sure, but I'm just not certain if I did that enough folks would care at this point...

    would it be possible to get a standalone version ?we  can use the original  laser and then this version cause i love the laser patterns but also enjoy the projectile shooting.

    This is an amazing mod! Love what you did with all the projectiles and stuff!

    Can I ask you a little favor? I dont know how easily this can be done, but is there any way you would consider making this a non-replacer version, leaving the original AER intact, so we can have a choice of 2 weapons: the original and your MEC R7?

      I'm glad you're enjoying the mod! I have very limited experience creating non-replacer versions of my mods... Always ended up in disaster usually in the form of CTD's and angry posts... It involves mainly having to redo or recreate separate keywords for each and every single edit/change I have implemented. Its tedious and requires more attention to detail than I have the mental energy and capacity to deal with lol. So the answer is a very kind and respectful "No Can Do"  :/

    This sounds like a great mod! What version should I download if I'm using NMM?

      Vortex version since Vortex uses pretty much the same directory file systems as NMM. But haven't used NMM in years so mileage may vary. But one of them will certainly work. If all else fails you can just manually install. The mod is just a single ESP and a Meshes folder. Nothing crazy.

      Huh, for some reason Nexus doesn't seem to be notifying me when someone replies to my comments. I found myself back here by chance. I wonder how many other replies I've missed. Anyway, thanks very much! I'll try out the Vortex version and see how it goes.

    I love the AER15 and combined with your mod it is simply amazing!
    My favorite modulation is: Sonic Force Modulation (400nm Magenta)

    But ... It make the gun way too powerful imo, everything die with one or two shots!

    I would like to keep the challenge up while using this amazing weapon.
    Would it be possible to have a minus damage modifier for it?   (like -20%/-40%/-60%/-80%)

    Right now at level 92 damage stats for the weapon with the current modulation are: 115 ballistic & 135 energy
    Plus the effect added by the mod.

    Great visuals and feel, i want to keep it but way too powerful, i feel like cheating a bit.

    Anyway, this is a great mod and thank you for it!

      I'm so glad you're enjoying the mod and thank you for the endorsement! Obviously damage varies on a combination of several factors including your character level and selected perks as well as the weapon's under the hood stats as well of course. As far as damage goes, I'll consider looking at a negative modifier for damage as an optional file if this mod does well enough and if enough people are on the same page as wanting one. The Sonic Force Modulation is supposed to be OP as it is the strongest and hardest hitting and it designed as a counter to Deathclaws, Mirelurk Queens, Behemoths and general Anti Feral Ghoul Super Gank-Squads.

    Oh man, I was already a fan of the AER, this pretty much makes it the best energy weapon around!

    A question if I may, what's the outfit your SS is wearing? Kinda reminds me of the GITS Armor.

    Amazing mod! Will have to test it later tonight and rest assured, endorse it too!

      LoL Hope you enjoy and please do let me know which modulation you liked the best! The Armor is a mashup of mine created from several other existing armor mods including GITS

      This thing feels like you have a BFG in your hands, I can't pick one single fire setting that's my favorite, all of them are amazing, and after the hotfix (I too couldn't see certain bullets) it's all amazing, definitely endorsed, great work!

      EDIT: Also, not sure if intended, but if you hit melee attacks with certain firemodes on, you can pretty much incinerate your target, pair this with the Cross Crit mod and you have some badassery in your hands, quite literally!

    I posted this under bugs but I will post it here as well. First off, LOVE THIS MOD. I loved the AER before but this just makes me want to use it so much more. However, as I stated, there is a bug with a couple of the fire modes. I have found the cryo shot, dither shot, gamma core, electro-kinetic and sonic force are the ones that work. 

    *Solar shot, thermo-kinetic, plasma and ion disruptor are the ones that do not function properly. 

    I have tried various barrel combinations as well...nothing.

      You need to have ALL DLC installed for this mod to work properly. Solar Shot, Thermo-Kinetic, Plasma and Ion Disruptor are specifically require ALL Workshop and Nuka World DLC.

      I'm running into the same issue with Solar Shot, Thermo Kinetic, Plasma and Ion not working. I confirmed that I have all DLC's installed. Are there any CC requirements?

      I do have ALL DLCs installed. Including Workshop and Nuka World DLCs. Still having these issues
