Thank you for making this, but I'm trying to make my own version that works based on an increasing luck level instead of a decreasing intelligence level, and I like your idea of allowing the effects of rank 2 and 3 to stack. I'm hoping you can help by answering a few questions for me.
1. Looking at your mod in xEdit, why did you remove the requirement for level 1 that the level 3 effect not be active? Is it because it's redundant since level 1 doesn't do anything anyway if you have at least level 2, or is there another reason? What effect does it have?
2. What effect does removing the entire VMAD section in rank 3 have?
3. Similarly to question 2, what does removing the entire effects section in rank 3 do?

UFO4P addresses the Intelligence < 1 case, however it does not remove the condition (which I referred to as "level 3 effect must not be active") which prevents level 1 and 2 from proc-ing again.
Edit: Wanted to clarify that UFO4P also addresses other Idiot Savant bugs, but I think the main point of that mod was to catch the INT < 1 case.
Hello. I'd love to use your mod in conjunction with https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/3844?tab=posts but do not have the tools or knowledge to somehow combine them. Could I/we have a patch to combine them please if possible?
Does this work with Better Idiot Savant (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/5041)? It'd be sweet if it did, if only to really break the game in half.
Alright now that that funny thing is done and said I got to say this seems great. I'll be using it as soon as I am able to play Fallout 4 again (ain't starting for some reason).

One question: can i use this mid-playthrought? The save is in Home Plate if you ask.
