Does the settlement build work? Are there significant missing pieces?
It doesn't surprise me about that, though. My game was modded to hell and back when I made this. I'd go in and try to reduce that, but for some reason, I can no longer run Fallout 4. Even completely wiping the game and re-installing doesn't work. I'll be getting a new PC fairly soon so that should fix it, then I will see what I can do.
