Fixes the crashing caused by the rolled sleeves variant

Thanks to lKocMoHaBTl for explaining how to fix this in a long lost comment on the Militarized Minutemen bug posts section.
I sanitized the files causing the issues and repacked them into the ba2 file. Everything else is the same and unmodified and will not change a single other thing in this mod besides the crashing caused by this bug.
If this isn't allowed or uploading like this isn't cool or anything please let me know and I'll take this down.
Otherwise this should save a few headaches if you're using the Militarized Minutemen mod!
