I made a Vault 88 settlement with a similar concept in mind a couple years back. I got my inspiration from Dave's Vault 88 survival city, but I made it look like a restored 4 story Institute facility that is heavily militarizing and clinging for it's survival.
Really love what you have done with the theme and that its not a standard vault build. Really captures the feeling of a bunch of survivors hiding out and desperately trying to rebuild what they once had. As with your other builds had a lot of fun just exploring and seeing how you create decorations using resized and rotated vanilla objects, especially loved the scrappy teleporter and synth torso hanging from the power armour station!
