If you have invisible synths without the armor the level list is being overwritten by either hard edits below this, scripted injections or a new synth type enemy added by another mod.
If synth parts are sticking through the armor you have a synth replacer that replaces meshes just like this does.
FOR PC USERS EXPIERENCING CONFLICTS: LOAD YOUR MODS IN XEDIT AND OPEN THIS UP THEN LOOK FOR RED LINES IN THE RIGHT PANEL.
Since people keep asking: Gen 1's and 2's share certain meshes and a Gen 1 only would require a lot more editing of things that I do not know how to do.
It was ported before but the porter took it down, I am okay with any and all ports but you also need to ask Warfighter as he created the mod this utilizes.
Do you have all the INI edits required for mods to load properly? I was facing this issue as well on a fresh install and what fixed it was:
In fallout.ini in "My Documents/My Games/Fallout 4" look for this line "sResourceDataDirsFinal=" (Notepad++ allows you to easily search by pressing ctrl+F and copy pasting that into the search bar)
MAKE SURE it reads as: sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\ INTERFACE\ SOUND\ MUSIC\ VIDEO\, MESHES\, PROGRAMS\ MATERIALS\, LODSETTINGS\, VIS\, MISC\, SCRIPTS\, SHADERSFX\
If it doesn't or just has a couple of the words in there copy paste that and add it to it.
I'm sorta having a similar issue. For the most part the mod seems to work fine. Valentine shows up no problem and it seems like most of the synths show up properly when I spawn them in with console commands. I am still getting ones that show up invisible when I spawn them in. These are ones like synth strider, patrolmen, trooper, etc.
I was also using 2 synth mods. Mannequins are synths which spawn synths if you shoot mannequins. That mod they show up invisible so I removed it. The other one is Synthetic Zombies which add another synth variant. That one seems to work fine with this mod since they show up as "synth wasted" in the console and not regular synths.
I also tested it out before and after adding the ini text to see if it made a difference and i'm getting the same result.
They show up invisible because they use the original mesh path but the additional types wouldn't have adjusted outfits. This will probably be true for any mod that adds additional Gen 1 and 2 Synth types. Throw up a link and I'll see about making a patch.
That would make sense. Here's the link for the mannequin mod. The other one synthetic zombies should be fine since there gen 3 synths but here's the link anyway.
i have same issue did you have War Of The Commonwealth mods? because i have those mod.. and went that synth that spawned with those name are invisible.. strider, Trooper, and other..

Hello, would it be possible for you to make this mod compatible with "Better Synth Relay Grenades mod"? Currently, the mod is working for all the synths in the game (and those spawned by console command) except the ones summoned by the Better Synth Grenades mod (They go invisible).

Is it supposed to be lootable? whenever I accidentally can loot the synaptic body and the synth becomes invinsible, is there a way to make the body rig unlootable?

If you are using IW - Synaptic Synth Replacer - Exclude Valentine it apparently leaves Dima's face borked. This can be fixed with Valentine REBORN - Nick Face Retexture - HD Synth Eyes and Teeth - Gen1 Metal Skeleton.
