Yeah, same question here. I didn't see the "Press" patch, or at least one obviously associated with that by name. Any help?

    No Punisher Skulls? :-(

Other than that and my Star Wars suggestions I replied to the other comment, this has got everything; Love it! Especially appreciate the couple Doc Holiday ones

Great, glad you like it. Check the post below, I go through some of what you can do to make your own. Start with that, and PM me if you need some help, I will try and do what I can to get you started.

Read through the description, the -how to use- section explains the simplest way to use your preferred patch.

I'd love to add some patches myself and I kinda messed up. Is there a guide somewhere to follow? I tried to google it but I couldn't find anything. IF you wouldn't mind, can you link me to a guide or if you have the time let me know how you did it? Either way, thanks.

I use GIMP, which is free image editing software. You can also use paint.net (free), or photoshop (decidedly not free). You get the dds file plugin, so you can edit the type of image file the game uses. Then you open the base patch image, create a new layer, add in an manipulate whatever image you want, merge the layers, and save as a new dds. There are also some effects you can use to make your image look like a cloth patch or pvc etc, if you need to.
As to how to use the new image, you can use the renaming method I intended here (to replace one from the original/other mod), or you can watch some tutorials on fo4edit and tinker with making a standalone.
You can PM me too if you like and I can try and explain more if you need.

    This is an interesting mod.

Would it be possible to add the SCP foundation MTF logos?

      Those look pretty cool.
If you wanted to get photoshop, or GIMP (which is free, and what I mostly use), or paint.net (also free) you can make anything you would like, and those would be relatively straightforward. I would be happy to help give you some direction and pointers to get you started if you wanted. You could add a patch-fabric texture to them as well, you can do that with layers and/or effects.
Otherwise if I ever get the chance to do an expansion to this I will add some of those, they do look great.

Did you rename them appropriately? Look through how the original mod and the extended mod name their patch files and which folders they are in, rename your chosen file to one of those (overwriting it, which is why I suggest making a copy of the one you are about to overwrite first), and then select that one in game.

These look amazing! Out of curiosity, would you be willing to add some Outer Heaven patches from Metal Gear? I already picked out a few images that I think would make for good looking patches.
