Level 1 Save at Diamond City with pre built Homeplate.
Completely Vanilla, No mod's needed. Just DLC's

Left Vault 111 with only a baton picked up. No health lost and no Rad's.
Headed south till Mass pike interchange where i crossed the river and carried on Southeast along the rail tracks.
Walked North to Diamond city and met Piper at the gates. No Map markers were activated.
Took the elevator to the major's office and bought Homeplate.
Took the other lift down to D.C. Jumping across the Chapel roof to Homeplate so as to avoid map marker's.
Transferred my personal version of Homeplate and immediately fast travelled back to the vault entrance.
Waited 48hr's in game to let the transfer stabilize.
Checked in on Homeplate. All Good.
Stepped outside and saved.
I had to use the Console command to give Nora 2115 Cap's and is the only one used.
The 115 cap's left is enough for a haircut and face change. I Advise you do this before entering Homeplate.
All Stat's are at 4.
