    I am glad that this location has received an update. Neeher did a great job but did need some updating.

    I am concerned about the file that is supposed to be Sim Settlements 2 compatible as it states Precombines and Previs were removed. For some time now this has been known to cause 100% CTD, bricking saves and just making the game completely unplayable. I know Kinggath, creator of Sim Settlements 1 and 2, has even stated this is a huge no no. This is why the mod Scrap Everything is known to break the game. I have had far less CTDs since I stopped using that mod.

    Unfortunately, at the moment SS2 does not work, but I do plan on playing it once the issues are resolved. So not sure if to load the SS2 compatible file or not. One of the biggest reasons I stop playing FO4 (over the years) is due to the crashes as I spend more time hunting down why instead of playing the game.

      I'd like it to be sim settlements 2 compatible, I'm not 100% sure it is. I am not aware of removing precombines causing crashes, although it does murder performance if done over a wide area. Last I heard removing precombines could cause issues in sim settlements if you tried to use a city plan that was created expecting the settlement to have precombines. I'm happy to be educated if you can find something explaining why that happens or shows it by empirical testing.

    I took Roadside pines and did a scrapall, which went fine.  
    But when I placed a SS2 interior plot it never completed initialization. It makes me wonder about the keywords with this settlement.

      What keywords does ss2 look for that I might not know about? I plan to use ss2 when I do a full playthroguh so will fix

      an addon adds new buildings and such to sim settlements not a new settlement

      If anyone is having this problem please try the new file ideally on a testing save as while it won;t break anything idk if it will fix your issue

      "This mod adds a settlement at Roadside Pines Motel just outside of natick. It uses the DLC settlement system so everything works as it should, including supply lines. It's a large settlement- it goes from behind the motel to a few metres out into the water. Everything that has a recipe in either Scrap Everything, Scrappers Paradise, or my mod Some Scrap Recipes is Scrappable. This also opens up the interiors"

      Scrappers paradise was removed because the author learnt about precombines and didn;t have enough time to deal with it

      Yes, idk if there are any other mods that touch that area apart from a couple of other settlement mods
