Rebuilt Spectacle Island with pretty much everything you need, fully navmeshed and precombines and vis done for 60+fps smooth gameplay, fully automated Greenhouse and support for 30 settlers, water treatment plant, hotel, diner and more. just load it up and your ready to go. be sure the 3 files go in your data folder. Enjoy :)
update: added version 1.02 , new in V1.02 narrowed previs/combine radius, added brighter lighting around outside of hotel, slightly tweaked border for better npc tracking on the barge, misc fixes. if you are upgrading be sure to delete the older 3 files in your data folder before you add the new 3 files. they are named the same so your saved game will never know the difference.
