I'm afraid that when I install this mod, my game does a CTD at the title screen. The mod does not conflict with anything that I have which makes this stranger. Any ideas on what can be causing the CTD?

No idea, and i really doubt this mod can do it just by itself. Sounds like a conflict of some sort with F4SE. Are you sure it's up to date and you are running the game through it?

Don't know why it doesn't appear, only thing is make sure the esp is active in your plugin list.

Also i doubt it's but just in case the submenu is  "Ehren Converse" not just "converse"

You can always type "help converse 0 armo" (without quotes) on the console, it should give you back the item id. If it gives back nothing means there's something wrong with installation

90% of the time you can't. there are some shoes that aren't slot 33 out there but not so many. This one also are heels that can''t work at all out of slot 33.

At any other loose shoes they are mean to work with modular clothing

is there some where, or some way to add hhs body to outfit in outfit studio? like, if i want to remove cbbe body reference from an outfit and replace it with a hhs body reference. i can't seem to find any tutorial or explanation of how to do this. is it because it's not as easy as what i just described?

      Yeah, it isn't that simple.

Firts you need to take the shoes bellow the body the height you want for the heels and mask the feet, you also need to reweight all the parts you are moving and likely conform it again.

"not that simple". damn, i was afraid of that. i guess it's even more reason to appreciate mod authors who share their work, like yourself :)

Wow, thanks for the explanation. I had went to other shoe/heel mods to try to find an explanation and came to the same conclusion. Some clothes mod result in my character being bare foot, reason why I wanted some footwear. Well can't use these beautiful shoes/

If you look for normal shoes, not hh, there some out there that can be worn with barefoot outfits (for example I have https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/52477 if you make the slot 54 version, and there some others)

But you won't find heels that don't use the body slot, because them the feet will clip above the heels, this is just how the game works

hmm correct me if I am wrong but couldn't he just use the body of any character and save the mesh with a slightly different name and add the new mesh file to the esp file so he could either craft or add the shoes in game? In theory he could add quite a few different bodies to one pair of shoes but yeah it's not a perfect solution and require some knowledge with OS and FO4Edit/CK. Assuming that's what khm1989 wanted to do.

oh and thanks for another awesome mod!

My characters feet sink into the ground with these equipped. My other high heels (Icestorms and Dicky's Pin up are working ok.) I don't see an .ini file to set the height in the zip.

There's no ini file because it's on the meshes folder , that goes into the main ba2. But it shouldn't be a problem, HHS should work ok with the text file in the ba2. (at least it does for me)

You can try to extract the ba2, to see if the problem is there for some weird reason

Got it fixed. Here is the deal. Bodyslide creates a directory in mesh/blah blah that has the new nif files created by bodyslide. In my case, the game does not see the txt file in the bsa, so it is not read, and the feet sink. Soo, I extrackted the text file and dropped it in the directory bodyslide created, and wala.., no more sinking feet.
Hope this may help some one else.

Glad you solve it. Still weird, I have use HHS with compressed txt files in many mods without problem.

I can't reach my pc until tomorrow, but i will upload a loose file txt in case more people have the problem

An easier way is just to create a txt in the mesh folder. no need for extracting the BA.
Just use any txt you have laying around move it to the mesh folder rename it to the shoes name, edit the txt to correct height and you are done.
I had in last build over 200 high heels shoes and it can be a mess with BA and using F4se txt folde (name dupli), so I am used to just create the txt file in the mesh folder for a more accureted High heel read, works perfectly and on any char npc companion. Makes it also a lot easier to do mashups.

Yes, my mods adds the height txt to the meshes folder, using plugins folder from fo4se can be a mess, as you said, when you mix a lot of hhs mods from different authors.

What a never heard if anyone having problem for hhs reading the txt from the meshes folder in ba., I use a lot of of mods this way and never find anything not working

Anyway, when I'm at home again I'll upload the txt in teh meshes folder as loose file, just in case anyone more find a problem with it

If you mean you have High Heels system installed and working and this shoes still sink on the ground, just download and install the optional file
