New option (and fix): Custom Camera Settings - Toggle this ONLY if you are using custom camera settings. Now you won't have camera issues anymore as vanilla user. This is set via Mod Manager Installer and ingame on MCM.
Fixed a bug that allowed pressing the hotkey after visiting a barber/surgery, which could lead to camera issues.
