About this mod
Radiation is now a constant fear in exterior cells and gas masks with usable filters are also added to combat it.
It's been kept simple, so no dependencies.

Nukes went off so radiation should be a problem and that's not the way it feels in fallout.
I couldn't find a radiation or gas mask mod that did what i wanted. So I made my own.
-----------What it does?----------------
When you're in an exterior cell (outside) you'll recieve some rads unless you wear a gas mask and use a filter. This makes radiation a problem like it should be.

---------------------Surface Radiation----------------------
Causes radiation in exterior cells as the wind would still be blowing irradiated dust.
Rad resistant items will lower the amount of rads taken but rad resistant perks will have no effect on surface radiation as they were a bit OP.
You can fully prevent surface rads by using the gas mask and filter or going indoors.
-------------------Gas Mask----------------
The 3 gas masks that are in the base game are supported.
Without a filter they work as normal giving some rad resist.
You're able to recycle looted gas masks for used filters. This is done under healing when crafting.
------------Filters------------------
Adds 2 types of gas mask filters (Used/New).
Used ones are recycled from old gas masks.
(They will last 3 minutes before needing changed).
New ones are crafted using 5 cloth and 1 antiseptic.
(They will last 10 minutes before needing changed).
Using these while not wearing a gas mask will do nothing.
------------Magazine---------------
Adds a new magazine located in the Cave at Red Rocket that will start the mod.
Used a magazine so the mod isn't locked to all saves once installed.
