About this mod

A complete rebalance and rework of the insulation tables from nuclear winter, a complete outfit overhaul for all the npcs of the wasteland and a few more crafting recipes.

This is a complete patch for Frost and Fallout 2287-Nuclear Winter.

The original patch was functional but didn't solve the main problem of Nuclear winter which was the fact that you could reach maximum insulation with the most basic gear.

What's actually in the mod:

Outfits overhaul:
  • It changes the insulation calculation and insulation tables to guarantee an improved sense of progression.
  • It updates the levelled lists for the outfits of all factions. (This makes it so that the basic survivors should now look more like actual civilians (rather than raiders) and will have chances of warmer clothes as you level up.)
  • It adds a few more uniforms for the us army remnants like the winterized gear shown in the main screenshot (should be rare).
  • It adds a few gloves to various outfits.

Additional crafting:
  • Survival clothing (warmest gear) - chemistry station
  • Railway Rifle and Syringer - chemistry station
  • Self Assembling Eyebot Grenades: Grenades that spawn small eyebots that can tend crops or act as a companion (same as automatron's). But they have almost no firepower and only 10 lbs of carrying capacity. - chemistry station
  • Indoor planters - workshop mode
  • outdoor planters - workshop mode

I consider this mod finished but also in kind of beta. There are so many changes that I couldn't test all scenarios but it should be mostly complete. Let me know of any issues you might encounter.

Load order: Obviously after Nuclear Winter (Nuclear winter.esp and NW_clothing.esp)
