   Does the mod also enable supply lines or only the crafting part about this perk?

   Yes, Thanks big time for this, I agree with the other 2, having to have a high charisma is stupid, ... So thanks !

   Thanks! I always have to console this in. I agree - Doesn't make sense to let someone open a shop.
   I can *kinda* see needing charisma to ask someone to run a settlement supply line... However, we are THE GENERAL, ffs.
