Building stuff now takes time and settlers will help you build some of them

Not much to say.
BASIC VERSION:
You can assing a settler to the building workbench a they will make 2 days of work (12 hours each day) every 2 day.
The settler will start working as a misc vendor and will trade basic
objects (Bed Mattress, Water pump, Generators, Basic Turret) and if you
have the hardcore version they will make free objects ocassionally.
Check again after 48 hours

Hardcore Survival of the Commonwealth - Settlement Building
Implementation
Download both mods and merge their functions
Building will require more tools and components (Read the mod description)
If you have both mods installed building things will be more difficult but now you can buy basic objects from your settler and then you will need only a shovel or a wrench to install them.
Notes:
Objects should spawn in vendors as shipments but I didn't have time to test it. Tell me if they spawn

- Select how much time you want to work
- Build stuff using your time
