Out of curiosity, would this be compatible with the courser strigidae armour mod that can add it's armor to the courser leveled lists or would the armor not work on the npc's modified by this mod?
I'd have to double check but depending on how that mod is set up either it would have no effect on the NPCs here whatsoever or it would reset them to being human.
JAVELIN can wear most outfits human can (other than headgear which needs to be refit, so in theory you could edit both mods to be compatible, but that would require some knowledge of xEdit/the CK.
After playing around a bit with this mod I realised that the coursers don't have the crusher rifle (I have the courser crusher mod installed but it loads before this one so it is pretty much overwritten). Is there a way to make them spawn with it by using FO4edit to mess with the leveled item or does it require more complicated shenanigans?
I would assume it'd be possible to patch both mods using xEdit, yes, although I can't say for sure. I won't be making any patches myself, though, I'm afraid.
Hey Blazze69 I made a version of the esp that swaps out the current weapon with the courser crusher along with an amended moduleconfig.xml to include it as an option in the fomod installer (esp is dependent on coursercrusher.esp). I sent them over to you in Private messages
Hi, I'm making a replacer for X6 with your mod as a requirement. If I were to upload it, would it be okay with you? And would I have to ask Shadowliger and/or ASlySpyDuo as well? I have never modded anything before, much less publish it.
Going through this in xedit, I assume you didn't replace X6 because of applying the dialogue filter to all of his lines... so many...
If your mod simply consists of a patch plugin and still requires the main JAVELIN mod as well as this one (i.e. you're not repacking any assets as standalone or whatever), you don't need to ask for permission, although it's good practice and a show of respect to do so regardless.
And yes, I would be okay with it in that case.
Also yes, the dialogue thing was one of the reasons. Another one was that there's other mods editing X6 out there while this was mostly aimed at other/generic Coursers, so it was best to avoid messing with him. Much harder for a random user to remove a hypothetical X6-editing part from this mod than to find a separate mod to edit him and stack it on top of this one.
Also that makes sense! It's kind of you to think of preventing potential conflicts for your average user. Thank you for your work.
I actually wouldn't really know where to start with my patch if I didn't have this replacer as a reference; I'm having a bit of fun learning how to use xedit.
EDIT: For anyone looking at this later on, I published it; go check the requirements section of this mod ;]
Never actually used Project Javelin despite admiring the design. But the fact this mod replaces only Coursers is determining factor to give the mod a try. Nice work!
hey, I installed this mod recently, and I only have a load order of about 30 mods as I got the game quite recently, I really like the way they look, but, in the character menu whenever I unequip clothes for male pc the belly and dong on the mesh get really f-ed up and are stretched way to the right and I was wondering what caused that and how to fix it? is it only an issue in the characer menu? is it a load order menu(I use vortex so it auto sorts so this is quite possible imo)? or is it just a bug with male pcs?
ah sorry yeah i did download the player mod and didnt realise i was commenting on the wrong one. thanks for pointing that out and honestly i probably am completely to blame since i didnt go through the aaf install guide yet and it probably tells you to install that or im sure you said it needed it somewhere and i just didnt see so sorry for commenting so hastily

2) Male bodies need the ZeX skeleton to work right and avoid the "missing bones" bug you seem to be describing.
