   it's very cool, have you thought of making a more head size version, closer to the neck like an actual cyber-head?

      But if you want to, you can do so pretty quick. It’s just a couple edits in the Moving00.Nif (or MovingNot00.Nif) to the node (EyeBallHeadEyeNode00) that the head parts connect to. Scale and Translation.
