1) Select This

3) Select this option to set them to 0!

4) Go back to the first menu, and select this option.

5) Ignore Automatron, and select Far harbo

6) Select Presets

7) Set all NPCs to 0

8) Select the Nuka-World Preset like in the previous steps and set it to 0 too
