    Should be "Weylan" IMO.

But maybe I just take james cameron too personally.

If you mean you didn't like him changing it from Weylan (in Alien, 1979, which he didn't direct) to Weyland (in Aliens, 1986, which he did direct), he may have just followed the original Nostromo designer's (artist Ron Cobb) vision from the original 1979 film.

Cobb called it Weylan as a reference to Leyland - an old and once proud but, by the mid 1970s, oversized and ailing British car manufacturer, nationalised by the then Labour government in 1975 to become a completely white elephant, symbolic of everything that was dysfunctional with Labour's socialist nightmare (and just one prime example of why Maggie Thatcher won the 1979 election for the Tories). Cobb felt Weyland would be too obvious a reference. However, by Aliens in 1986, Leyland was no more, as by then it had gone through much needed restructuring to become The Rover Group. So, maybe the 2nd film's makers felt safe using Weyland.

And ironic that life imitated art, for in 2005 the remains of the MG group (as Rover had become known by then) was subsumed by a Far East motors mega-corp, SAIC (owned by the devious Chinese government) - almost mirroring Ron Cobb's vision of Weylan-Yutani.

In the original script it was called leyland-toyota, no reference just outright using real life companies. The lawyers said they couldn't do it so they changed it to something vaguely similar, Weyland-yutani.
The fallout games do something similar with general atomics international, which is based off a real company (general atomics).

As a long-time Alien series enjoyer, I very much appreciate this these deep cuts of lore.

Is there any chance of releasing the room in the banner as a cell?  I really like it.

Not from me unfortuently. My modding abilities are entry tier at best and something of that scope is just beyond me. Sorry.

    Another Nostromo home run!
I was hoping for something new from you, but didn't expect anything so soon. BRAVO for your contributions and making the Hot Files!
I'm eagerly looking forward to more mods from you. Your first two Nostromo mods are simple, yet add huge impacts to the "you are there" audio experiences tied to visual inputs. They are stellar additions to FO4. Thank you!

Hello I'm very interested in this mod because I've got the nostromo terminal sounds on also.

I've got a question, I'm using pip pad mod so I'm wondering would this mod be okay with that mod also since that mod is just a pip boy replacer and this I assume is just audio ? Would love to add this to the addition thank you for the time you put into this

Sorry for the late reply but your assumption is correct. Being an audio-only mod it's compatible with anything that doesn't touch the same audio files. I'm using Pip-pad myself now infact and it works perfectly.
