Neat idea, but sawed off shotguns lose a LOT of kick and are actually pretty fun to fire with a pistol grip.

  This doesn't affect the recoil at all by the way, it's just a mesh replacer for personal preference

  A shorter barrel actually makes a gun recoil worse. Not only are you making the gun lighter but the gasses are at a higher pressure as they exit the barrel.
