This an old city plan, since then some addons have been removed from Nexus and for those that remain there have been many updates.Maybe you have a problem with one of the addons and it causes a cdt. Go to the City Manager holotape: Option/gameplay/city building/designer's choice and turn it off before.
Damn I so wanna use this plan as Bunker hill is b&@*$ to build because you can scrap there so little But I fear I will start get CTDs on that area as that are is always a little hectic :S
I mean CTDs because this seems rather heavy not because your mod is bad or something. How much did you need to raise the city limit on this ?.? Do you remember?
Ok so tried it now and I think I’m gonna just stop the plan for advancing from lvl 1 to nowhere and just maybe add myself some few things which I think it could use at that point just to keep my game for working in the area as it’s already beautiful At that stage and the limited is already 500% over the limit :0

This plan works, I always test several times before publishing and today it is at more than 4500 downloads.There can be a bug, yes but there can also be solutions.This city plan is 8 months old, since then some addons have been removed from Nexus and for those that remain there have been many updates. So first you need to make sure that all the required mods and addons are up to date. Then you need to make sure that the addons that no longer exist (Whispers Power Plots and Walled Gardens and More) do not cause these CDTs. Please keep me informed.
They're all updated and i don't have the Whispers Power Plots and Walled Gardens and it still end with CTD when it reaches level 2! care to explain that problem!

This is beautiful. I have it and all the other mods recommended on page one installed but I can't figure out how to use a city plan in SS2, let alone generate this in game as a finished settlement I can explore, which TBH is the thing I would love to do most with builds like yours. Is it even possible?
They are levelled plans so they settle with time.You have all the necessary tutos on the web to use them.if not, you need to find someone who has finished and can give you a savegame.
